Sterilized Media For Mass Production of Nematopathogenic Fungi.
Direction For Use:
- Media is Autoclaved/ Sterilized.
- Farmers can mass produce Nematopathogenic fungi at their home.
- Boil 150/300 ml water sufficient for 500/1000 gm media respectively and allow to cool.
- Add above cooled water to media near the flame of the candle and inject 5 ml/ 10ml bioinoculant by syringes for 500/1000 gram media and cover the injectable hole with celophine tape and mix properly.
- Keep at room temp for 10 days and allow to grow microbes in media.
- After 10 days dry in trays in shade below 350 c.
- Grind after drying in a mixture to form a powder.
- Mix @ 5 gram/ lit of water and drench at root zone for the control of root-knot Nematode. Add 2 kg Paecilomyces media in 500 kg FYM and mix in soil. Before sowing or planting mix 2 kg media powder in 200 lit of water and drenching near the root zone after sowing/ planting.
