1. Seed germination:
crop germination is an area which appears small impact area in the early days of the crop but turns into a bigger impact if sowed seeds germinate only 60-70%. Proper care during initial period helps the farmer to mitigate risks.
2. Pest reduction by fungal based biopesticides:
Many pests appear due to improper care & lack of knowledge by the farmer. (white grub appear in the farm if untreated manure is spread on farmland) it has the capacity to destroy the whole crop.
3. Nutrient:
Nutrients recycling, retention, increase time spread for the availability of compofass is a major product for the same use. She is working on trials of compost along with biochar, and different grasses for nutrient holding.
Key accomplishments:
- Although a late starter for carrier after performing family duties she joined back the business world in her 50’s.
- Successful establishment of lecithin project in India Wai, and its expansion in Singapore.
- Successful establishment of 250 acres plantation in India Konkan region.
