Sterilized Media For Mass Production of Disease Controlling Biological Fungi.
Direction For Use:
- Media is Autoclaved/ Sterilized.
- Farmers can mass produce Trichoderma biological fungus to control wilt disease at their home.
- Boil 150/300 ml water sufficient for 500/1000 gm media respectively and allow to cool.
- Add above cooled water to media near the flame of candle inject 5 ml/ 10ml bioinoculant by syringes for 500/1000 gram media and cover the injectable hole with celophine tap and mix properly.
- Keep at room temp for 10 days and allow to grow microbes in media.
- After 10 days dry in trays in shade below 350 c.
- Grind after drying in a mixture to form a powder.
- Mix @ 5 gram media powder/ lit of water and spray for the control of disease on plant, drenching for wilt disease control Apply 2 kg Trichoderma media powder per acre mix in 500kg FYM and mix in soil before sowing and mix 2 kg Trichoderma media powder in 200 lit of water and drenching at the root zone.

- Inoculums: 5-10 gm
- Dose: 2 kg or 2 lit /acre (2 lit in 500 kg FYM and mix in soil.)
