Description

Sterilized Media For Mass Production of Entomopathogenic Fungi L. lecani.

Direction For Use:

Media is Autoclaved/ Sterilized
Farmers can mass produce Entomopathogenic fungi at their home.
Boil 150/300 ml water sufficient for 500/1000 gm media respectively and allow to cool.
Add above cooled water to media near the flame of candle inject 5 ml/ 10ml bioinoculant by syringes for 500/1000 gram media and cover the injectable hole with celophine tap and mix properly.
Keep at room temp for 10 days and allow to grow microbes in media.
After 10 days dry in trays in shade below 350 c.
Grind after drying in a mixture to form a powder.
Mix @ 5 gram media powder/ lit of water and spray for the control of sucking pests such as aphids, jassids, thrips, mealy bug and small larvae.
